formless works samples the memos you see at stationery and bookstores where people test out writing utensils, and create works by extracting the writing leftover on those memos. By changing the wandering lines and symbols taken from the memos into acrylic and neon tubes, it changes worthless and meaningless trash into valuable materials, and it is that transformation system that is the work. The project approach of formless works, whose sampling is taken from various places and regions, is to expose passing, everyday fragments that everyone has likely experienced (yet, no one can remember what they wrote). You could say that it is a social cropping method that differs from the documentary-type method of narrowing the focus to a specific matter or problem and then investigating society from a different point of view. Rather than a special event, by gathering the experience fragments that are forgotten from daily life as if they flow together with time, and reconstructing them into a work, I believe it is possible to more accurately trace realistic societies.

　《formless works》は、様々な場所や地域からサンプリングした、筆記具の試し書きのメモに残された筆跡を抜き取ることで作品を制作している。誰もが経験したはずの（しかし、誰もがそこに何を書いたかは覚えていない）、通り過ぎる日常の断片を露出させ、特別な出来事ではなく、時間と共に流れて日常から忘れ去られる経験の断片を拾い集めることで作品として再構成する。それは、ある一部の事柄や問題にフォーカスを絞ることではなく、異なる視点から社会を切り取る方法である。
